Connect with your school community via Fun and Fundraising! We are a friendly group of parents who meet informally to create events, nurture parent groups and provide support to Westgarth Primary and its community.

We aim to facilitate parent / community involvement and connection in whatever way suits different needs, interests and availability.

The formal stuff

The Westgarth Fun and Fundraising (FaF), is a subcommittee of School Council that exists to support our school and build our community.  

Events

Throughout the year, Fun and Fundraising hosts and organises a range of social and fundraising events such as the Welcome Picnic, Trivia Night etc. 

The Westgarth Spring Fair is a mammoth undertaking that requires its own committee! A range of subgroups look after different aspects, so there is always a way to get involved. Westgarth Idol is a parents-only fun-raising night that has to be experienced before it can be adequately described! Incredible music, lots of dancing and hours of fun choosing costumes…oh and it raises some money too.
