Apple and Rhubarb Crumble

1 Baking tray or 25 coffee cups
1 deep sauce pen
Pastry brush
1 cooks knife
Peeler
Ingredients
Filling
500g rhubarb
300g apples
250g raw sugar
Crumble
200g plain flour
150g raw sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
150b butter
What to do
Fruit
Cut the rhubarb into approximately 2mm pieces. Then peel and chop the apples
Place rhubarb apples and sugar into saucepan and cook slowly, stir occasionally until tender.
Place fruit into oven proof containers.
Crumble
Place all ingre dients into a large bowl and rub through with fingertips until the mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle crumble over fruit.
Bake at 200 degrees celcius for 15 minutes. Or until topping is golden brown. Remove from oven, allow cooling and serving with cream.
